Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the HiveDash application and website (the “Service”), provided by HiveDash (“we”, “us”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.
1. Your account
You need an account to use most features. You’re responsible for keeping your sign-in secure and for activity under your account. You must be at least 16 to use the Service.
2. The Service
HiveDash helps you record and manage beekeeping activity. The Service is currently provided free of charge. We may add, change or remove features over time.
3. Your content
Your records, notes, photos and recordings remain yours. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store, process and sync your content so the Service can work for you. You’re responsible for the content you create and for having the right to upload it.
4. Acceptable use
- Don’t use the Service for anything unlawful, or in a way that harms it or other users.
- Don’t attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service or its systems.
- Don’t upload content that infringes others’ rights or that you don’t have permission to share.
5. Beekeeping decisions are yours
HiveDash is a record-keeping and informational tool. Any insights, trends or photo-based suggestions are aids, not professional advice. You are responsible for decisions about your colonies, treatments and equipment. Always rely on your own judgement and qualified guidance.
6. Availability
We work to keep the Service running but can’t promise it will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free, and we may suspend it for maintenance or other reasons.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data, profits or colonies arising from your use of the Service. laws of your country of residence require otherwise
9. Termination
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these Terms are breached.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms; we’ll post the new version here and update the date above. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the country in which the HiveDash operator is established, and disputes will be handled by the courts of the country in which the HiveDash operator is established, unless mandatory consumer-protection law says otherwise.
